gabeanderson.com 6.0: technology edition<\/strong> is Gabe Anderson’s personal tech support blog. It aims to provide techie tips for all things technology.<\/p>\n

I launched my first Web site in 1995 and have been blogging regularly since 2000. I’ve published more than 2,000 blog entries in my other blogs, including Word of Mouth – The Articulate Blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n

By day, I’m Director of Customer Advocacy for Articulate<\/a>, but the comments, views, and suggestions in this blog are wholly mine and do not represent those of my employer.<\/p>\n

Gabe is Director of Customer Advocacy for Articulate<\/a>, where he has worked since 2004, helping the company grow to more than 15,000 customers in 115+ countries. Deloitte named Articulate the 15th fastest growing technology company<\/a> in North America on its 2006 Technology Fast 500 Rising Star list.<\/p>\n

Gabe led the creation of the Articulate Support site<\/a>, named one of the 10 Best Support Sites<\/a> of 2007, 2008, and 2009 by the Association of Support Professionals. The team he hired and trained was named 2009 Customer Service Department of the Year<\/a> in The American Business Awards (The Stevies). He is passionate about technology and learning, and has more than a decade of Web publishing and software support experience.<\/p>\n

Gabe has a B.A. in English from Vassar<\/a> and blogs at Word of Mouth<\/a> and at gabeanderson.com<\/a> (you can find him on Twitter @gabeanderson<\/a>). Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Jen, their amazing daughter, Grace, and their rockin’ dogs, Stella and Happy, as well as traveling, skiing, and running.
